The server opens soon — join our Discord for the IP and launch date. Bedrock support will be available on the same address.

How fast are purchases delivered?

Ranks, crates and gems are delivered automatically within 60 seconds. If you are offline, they apply the next time you log in.

Do ranks expire?

No. Every rank is a one-time purchase and stays on your account permanently, including through map resets.

Something went wrong with my order

Open a ticket in our Discord with your username and transaction ID. Staff usually respond within a few hours.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are digital and non-refundable, but we will always fix undelivered or broken items. Chargebacks result in a permanent store ban.
